
Dry, medium bodied, barrel-aged single varietal red wine made from 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes
Winemaker's Notes:
This Baco Noir was fermented with two different yeasts and left for a three-week maceration on the skins. The wine was then pressed and quickly blended into a 5th fill Hungarian oak barrique and aged for 34 months prior to racking, light filtration, and bottling.
