
Sweet with balanced acidity, and long mineral finish. White wine blend of Geisenheim 322 from Niagara and our very own estate grown Geisenheim 318
Winemaker's Notes:
This wine was created by fermenting Niagara grown Geisenheim 322 in stainless steel tanks using multiple different yeasts. The partially fermented wine was then stalled to maintain some natural residual sugar as well as primary fruit characteristics. A small amount of estate grown Geisenheim 318 was blended in to give balancing acidity.
