Semi-sweet, aromatic single varietal white wine made from 100% Nova Scotia grapes.
Winemaker's Notes:
This wine was fermented in stainless steel to maintain clean, fresh fruit flavours. The ferment was stalled at about three quarters of the way through to maintain natural residual sugar and ripe fruit character. The resulting wine is sweet yet balanced and very easy to enjoy on its own or with a multitude of food pairings
