
Dry, medium bodied, single varietal red wine made from 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes
Winemaker's Notes:
This wine was fermented in open-top vats and then left for an extended maceration of three weeks. The wine was then pressed and immediately racked into stainless steel vats to finish malo-lactic fermentation while maintaining the fresh fruit profile of the wine. After nine months of lees ageing in tank the wine was filtered and bottled.
