Medium-dry Leon Millot based rosé wine made from 100% Nova Scotian grown grapes.
This wine was fermented in stainless steel to maintain clean fruit flavours. Produced from a blend of grapes grown all over the Annapolis Valley and South Shore. Lady Slipper was fermented with five different yeasts and is a blend of dry and sweet (stalled) ferments, to help build a more complex yet easy drinking rosé.
