Off-dry, blend of Ortega and Pinot Noir white wine made from 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes.
Winemaker's Notes:
This wine was fermented in stainless steel to maintain clean, fresh fruit flavours. Both were fermented to dryness to showcase both primary fruit and secondary fermentation characters of each grape varietal. The wine was then balanced with some sweetness to reinvigorate the primary fruit character of the wine. This is showing the unique aromatic character of Ortega with the fun and funky red fruit of Pinot Noir. An easy sipping wine for any occasion.
