We’ve taken our most popular wine and reimagined it as a rosé. Like our original Bliss, Bliss Rosé delivers the same signature sweetness and a perfectly balanced acidity, enhanced by vibrant red fruit notes. Think strawberries, cherries, and raspberries!
Winemaker's Notes:
The Leon Millot grapes for this wine were all hand-picked from our estate vineyard here in the Avon River Valley. The grapes were then gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks then stalled with considerable natural residual sugar. The Leon Millot gives bright red fruit and richness with a hint of cinnamon spice characteristic of our vineyard.
