
Dry, single varietal white wine made from 100% Estate grown Petite Milo grapes.
Winemaker's Notes:
This wine was fermented in stainless steel to maintain clean, fresh fruit flavours. Our Petite Milo grapes, the oldest of this varietal in the province, were picked at perfect ripeness allowing the wine to be made without any adjustment to the natural sugars or acids. The wine was fermented completely dry and then aged on the lees for 9 months.
