Winemaker's Notes:
This wine was fermented in stainless steel to maintain clean, fresh fruit flavours. The wine was fermented with a specialized German yeast strain meant for stalled ferments and to bring out the natural character of the grape and climate. Made exclusively from Estate grown Vidal grapes harvested late in the season.
