Winemaker's Notes:
This wine is made-up of a blend of grapes grown throughout the Annapolis Valley and South Shore. The Vidal brings sweet ripe fruit and crisp acidity while Muscat drives the floral aromatics. L’Acadie Blanc adds weight to the mid-palate and
delivers apple and herbal notes. Ortega adds notes of peach and almond.
